Elizabeth's break...

In the break I took my lab to the beach.  The sun was shining, but the wind was cold in my ears.  Do you know what beach I went too?

I travelled out to Rangiora to see my brother's art exhibition at the Chamber Gallery.  

I saw a model train set in the Rangiora library...

Mr Linden's Library....He had warned her about the book.  Now it was too late.

We had to use our imagination and think what this book could be called, why were the vines growing out of the book? We used the iPad to enlarge the picture and wrote down everything we could see...

Adam & Eve Show Behind the Scenes at Outautahi Roller Derby...

We were very excited to have Adam and Eve visit our skating training at Linwood College.  They practised their skating and stopping.  Adam fell over a few times, but he picked himself up and tried again.

After mastering some of the basic skating skills they had a go and playing some 'real' roller derby.

Koru Whānau Artworks...Part 1

Our task was to create an artwork, using the koru pattern, that would represent our family (whanau). We used different shades of pastels and learnt how to blend different colours.
